Do not trust this company - we finished our pool install and are having to pay other pool companies to fix their mistakes.
Update: The pool project is finally complete. All areas of concern have finally been taken care of. I still would never recommend this company. There were several people from other locations who came in to try to make the issues right, however it seems that there are very few subs who want to work for A&S so the corrections still took forever. I was excited when a neighbor referred them. I was happy with the salesman until I signed and gave my deposit. Anthony & Sylvan Nashville didn’t honor their contract. They backed out of the agreement because they thought they would lose money on the $200k they were charging and tried to say their engineer who lived in Pa. Was concerned about my retaining wall. 12 month later I am calling my rep to find out when I can get my pool finished. Has no answer for me but will check in on it. Never work with this company they are horrible please contact me anytime to hear why the experience is awful. I can say was I still don’t have a pool!!!
Literal nightmare experience so far and we’re not even close to being done. It’s been 5 months and there’s no end in sight. They do not have subcontractors to complete the work and also use weather delays to their advantage. Cannot recommend against this company enough. The only positive I can speak to is our project manager, Seth.
