Everything you need, high quality items at reasonable prices. Excellent water testing for customers! I highly recommend.
This review is specifically for the retail location and the pool service team. The retail store has been amazing. Great customer service when it comes to testing, products and recommendations on multiple questions. As for the service department ,I would like to give a shout out to Brian who has closed and opened my pool and the service people in the office , Susan and (pardon me I forget the other persons name as I only spoke to her once)
Anthony Sylvan was a complete disappointment when it came to installing our new pool. My wife and I were frustrated with the poor construction quality and the lack of attention to detail throughout the process.
After 3 years and spending 25k ballpark re-plastering and copings now I have to spend $8,000.00 to redo what they “Anthony Sylvan” did shotty sub par workmanship. The coping all around my pool 100+ ft has to come off and completely redone. The subcontractors did not put enough cement under the coping tiles (most are hollow) and water has been going underneath and is poping the tiles off in the pool and cracking coping tiles. The final experience turned out to be awful. The pool installation was 5 months late. This company doesn't do any of its own construction, they rely on subcontractors and what that means is they don't have control of their scheduling. I could be ok with this if they would communicate expectations but this branch has zero communication. I had to call 17 different ppl just to find out what was happening, and he only person that was helpful was the regional manager.
