They start out well with a lot of promises and drag your job out. Have a terrible record of honoring warranty. Then persuade you to give a good review before work is completed. Get everything in writing and agreed upon. Get independent inspection for warranties. Almost all of my pool deck is coming apart in less than two years and they want to shift blame to me. Not happy at all. It’s a shame.
I will not recommend this place to anyone. It is the worst mistake. We had our contract signed in May and per our conversation the work will take about 4-6weeks. It is end of July and yet nothing has been done. We are still waiting. You can't get anyone on the phone to talk. We had an out of country trip scheduled that had to be rescheduled due to pool not being done in the time frame that was mentioned. Stay far far away from this place.
They clearly use the lowest cost contractors who don’t take pride in the work they do, from plaster being shot all over my yard to damaging my pavers on my deck. I had them open my pool this spring and it was problem after problem from that point on. They did come back out after initially saying they couldn’t make it back for weeks and said they fixed the problem by cleaning the filter. A week later we were having the same issue.
