I am giving them a 1 star because it is based on, Timeliness, Communication, Quality of Work and The Sales Process. The work was very good, but everything else was a bad experience. All they cared about was getting their money. Every conversation started with we need more money, which is fine, I have no problem pre-paying for each next service, but that’s all they wanted to speak about. Nonstop spam mail
Make sure your employees know how to drive!
They start out well with a lot of promises and drag your job out. Have a terrible record of honoring warranty. Then persuade you to give a good review before work is completed. Get everything in writing and agreed upon. Get independent inspection for warranties. Almost all of my pool deck is coming apart in less than two years and they want to shift blame to me. Not happy at all. It’s a shame.
