I spent $35,000 renovating my inground pool. New plaster new tiling new coping. From the moment the project started it was nothing but problems. The project management is extremely terrible. After the sales part everything fell apart from the communication to time lines and finished product! The pool was the wrong color and had noticeable defects like shoe prints in the plaster! After acid washes and other attempts to fix it which all just ended up costing me more because the acid damaged my equipment…they agreed to replaster…after one season it was cracked and flaking…when I asked about it I was told it’s normal and since the pool isn’t losing water it’s not covered under warranty. I am giving them a 1 star because it is based on, Timeliness, Communication, Quality of Work and The Sales Process. The work was very good, but everything else was a bad experience. All they cared about was getting their money. Every conversation started with we need more money, which is fine, I have no problem pre-paying for each next service, but that’s all they wanted to speak about.
