Nice people, however very disappointed that when it comes down to it, its just about the sale! my current glasses had been eaten by my puppy, but were always way too big and slipped off my face. The sales assistance explained Tom Fords have wide nose bands. I asked numerous times please ensure that this doesn't happen again. Well $1200 later a pair of Tom Fords and a pair of Persol's (not cheap). Disappointing. Ended up with the same as I would've from Specsavers but for more money and less to show for it! I can't wear my $1000 glasses because they don't fit my face, even though Anthony tut tutted over the fact that Specsavers didn't take my face shape into account... neither did he or his staff. Won't be going back.

I visited the clinic recently after not having an eye test in years. What I had expected to be an uncomfortable experience was actually really enjoyable - very warm, welcoming staff, and professional, efficient service. I will be returning and recommending them!
