Great service friendly staff
This was the worst surgical experience I have ever had, both before and after surgery. I underwent a posterior cervical fusion from C2-T1, yet I received very little explanation or guidance throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was never clearly explained to me. In fact, I did not learn what surgery was actually being performed until I received the approval letter from BCBS in November 2025.
