Dr. Wei is clearly very experienced and very good at his work. The shoulder repair he did on me was excellent and I'm so grateful that he was able to do the surgery successfully. My experience with Dr. Wei and his staff was truly outstanding. From the initial consultation and surgical approval process to the thorough pre-op preparation and post-op follow-ups, every step was handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. I've had both of my shoulders fixed with replacements by Dr. Wei. I was so impressed with him on my first replacement that there was no one else I ever thought of going to with my second. He's a master at what he does.

Dr. Wei was very helpful to me when I fractured my shoulder. I kept up the exercises throughout the healing process and was as good as I was before. Very happy that I can continue exercising and not have to go through physical therapy. Thank you for your help.
