Dr Wei was very informative he explained what I needed very clearly. He was also kind and caring. The office staff was very helpful and caring as well. I would highly recommend Rebound.
Dr. Wei is an excellent surgeon . This was my second shoulder replacement. My first was with a different doctor . They both turned out well but I had less swelling with Dr. Wei. He also personally had seen me on follow up visits. He always answered all my questions . I would highly recommend him if you need a shoulder replacement .
Although my surgery is still 3 days away, I have been VERY impressed with both my surgeon as well as ’the team’ that has been preparing me for this event. They are truly ‘on top’ of things and sending me reminders of things I need to do (I already know they are due, but just having the reminder is still helpful). I’m ‘as prepared’ as I can be for my surgery and I am READY!
The surgery experience was great as was the follow up care and overall management from the entire team entire listened with caring and understanding.
