I hired Anthony to diagnose a couple of problems. He pretended he didn’t know the black water tank lever was on the right (as it always is) for over 30 minutes. Then he checked my converter & recommended a very expensive one, which I immediately ordered. It didn’t have the proper connections and I found one on Amazon for $110 after I spent $66 returning the inappropriate ($300) one. He said he would come back and never did.
