They have the most creative dishonest billing department. Expect extra charges, extra services not needed, and extra lies. Just avoid at all costs.
Thorough examination and explanation of treatment
Dr. Mark Anthony Rosales charged us a $105.00 copay first visit instead of calling insurance and checking on copay. The second visit charged us a $75.00 copay didn't offer to charge $40.00. Have not been reimbursed, the date of complaint. Prescribed compounded medicines didn't ask what pharmacy to send to. Sent to a pharmacy that doesn't accept our insurance. Tyson at his office refused to send prescriptions to a pharmacy that would take our insurance. Overcharge patients could call insurance to check on copay. NO compassion... read more

Doctor charged me almost $100 for 2 ounces of over the counter foot fungus cream that all stores are selling for about $10-15 dollars. They lied when I confronted them about it saying there brand was different ingredients then the others. 1% Tolnaftate is the same no matter what company markets it, just like Tylenol is the same as the Acetaminophen which you can buy anywhere with different company names on it, ingredients are still the same. Dishonest doctor charges almost $100 for an over the counter $10 anti fungal foot cream that you can buy anywhere, same ingredients, yet they lie and say it’s different. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Rosales is the best Podiatrist in Northern Arizona! I know I am biased as his wife, but I married him for a reason! He is a man full of kindness and character whom I am more in love with now than I was when we married 14 years ago! I can assure you he is 100% committed to providing his patients with the highest standard of care! If you have problems with your feet or ankles he is the man to solve them in Northern Arizona!
