Dr actually cares about what you are going through! Not just handing out pain meds!!! Took the time to sit and talk to me, staff is SO friendly and efficient!!! I trust this office, I know they have my best interest in mind.
Never ever go there ! Don’t return calls !Suffered mental n physical abuse by the staff ie Darlene and the doctor Roger’s. Stay away from this medical team! He lost his license for a valid reason and should never I mean never get it back ! Treated horribly for over 20yrs and thatzn has a “ego” god complex Stay far away from this man! Literally almost killed me and discharged for no ethical reason ! I live in horrible pain from an armed robbery and they deliberately let me suffer to the point of a nervous breakdown !
I called and left messages with CHRIS the receptionist for my daughter. I needed to get in touch with the doctor about her pain. All he could do was relay a message, 24 hours later I never received a call back, once again I had reached out to the office Chris answered the telephone. I was informed once again all he could do is leave another message . Great doctor that listens. Not many do that anymore. Staff is fantastic.
Dr. Rogers and his staff are the best! They have always been kind and Courteous. They answer the phone, Listen to your concerns if there's a problem, they get right on it. Doctor Dr. Rogers has even made calls to the pharmacy to straighten out issues That wasn't even his problem. If you have pain Dr. Rogers and his staff will listen and help you.I recommend this office for all your pain management needs.
