Do not trust this plumber! He is a rip-off! Bad services and bad plumbing skills. Lousy customer service. Not recommended!!
It was 10 pm on a Sunday night and I was having a Toilet Apocalypse! Water spurting out of the tank ceiling-high after some gizmo broke off during my attempted "fix." I had to plug the hole with my finger to keep from flooding the bathroom. So I called Anthony (Jr) and he thankfully RAN RIGHT OVER or I would be standing there soaking wet all night with my hand in the tank. He fixed the problem, showed me how to avoid it next time, and did not charge me an arm and a leg! I highly recommend him! Thank you!
If I could give zero stars for this business I would! Horrible service and awful customer service. Anthony came to my house in order to fix the clog in the shower drain. After a couple of hours I noticed that the problem is still exciting. I tried calling Anthony again but with no luck. After a couple of days when he finally answered he said he is willing to come but will charge me again for the service call for a job he didn’t even complete! Excellent service and communication. Very thorough and professional. Even recommended we not spend the money on one project. Professional work and high standards. He performed extensive work at our home and we were pleased with the results.
As an experienced plumber we would have expected Tony to be able to fix a simple water faucet for which we had already got the part with written instructions. Tony refused to read the instructions and fumbled around until he told us it was the wrong part and we should buy a new faucet. After carefully reading the instructions it took us 10 minutes to perfectly repair the faucet. We only needed a small screw-driver. For this service he charged us the service call fee.
