Marian was outstanding! My wife and I are in the military and we moved here on short notice. Marian made the transition easy - with the coordinating of the move, new jobs, new schools, and buying a house; we were almost overwhelmed. Temptation was to grab the first deal but Marian protected us from that mistake. He was there the entire way, from selection,to INSPECTION (critical!), to closing - he was interested in getting us exactly what we needed, then closed the deal with a less than stellar sellers agent.
