avoid renting here!! I have had the washing machine broken for more than 6 months and I haven't done anything yet and every time I talk to them they say they have to ask for parts, in one of those the maintenance person left the apartment and didn't notice that we had a camera and we heard him talking sexually about my wife, we reported it and they said they can't do anything because they don't have anyone else from maintenance. The apartments are very spacious and updated, it comes with a new washer and dryer which is very convenient . Maintenance always comes fast if you’re having any issues , and the manager is very nice ☺️
