I had to have a previous root canaled tooth redone from another office. and let me tell you Dr. Potente and his team really came through. It started with the friendly front desk gals and then with Dr. Potente’s right hand assistant Ceci who really put me at ease with her soft demeanor. Then Dr. Potente made the grand entrance, and thoroughly went The treatment plan and took me out of pain in a flash. I did not feel the needle one bit. I am pain free and thank the Lord for his gifted hands.
I came to Dr Potente as a referral. I had some fears because of a past experience with another dentist. Dr Potente was so patient with me. He will tell you everything he is doing, each step of the way. Dr Potente is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. I can not recommend him enough. He is EXCELLENT! His staff is equally personable and helpful. He gets 5 stars!
