If I could give 0 stars I would. This office does not care about true patient care. It might be more of a reflection on the office manager than Dr. Berg, but if you are going to employ that type of person, then that says a lot about you.
Dr. Berg's pain management has kept me from having surgery on my back by managing my pain. Very caring and attentive.
I made an appointment to get a shot in my shoulder, which I had gotten before, with Dr Berg. When I got there they told me Dr Berg was not there. They took me to a room and a nurse came in and talked about my shoulder pain and how I needed a shot. Then another lady came in and took me to a foyer area. I waited and waited. I finally asked someone sitting in an office to help me. She got someone else to talk with me. I asked her if she was going to give me a shot. She said no.
