Response to Anthony’s reply. After seeing Anthony Napolitano’s response I can only say it’s disappointing to see that even on a reply you lie. I did. It refuse to sign in, I simply chose to use my email address instead of my phone number. You immediately began to yell at us to get out. Yea my partner was upset at your reaction and walked in towards the kitchen while I finished signing in. Was so happy I choose Anthony Napolitano Homes to sell my home. Anthony was very professional and helped me be comfortable with a very anxious time. He treated my home like it was his own. I felt safe and confident with how he conducted business. His staff was terrific in the photography and display. I highly recommend him and his company. They are definitely five star.
I do not typically write negative reviews, as I strongly believe in giving individuals and businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, the experience I encountered during a recent property viewing was so concerning that I feel obligated to share it for the benefit of prospective clients. Horrible experience with Anthony Napolitano homes. Rude and obnoxious from the start. As a result of his rudeness we were reluctant to leave a phone number. Anthony then proceeded to threaten to call the police and physically push us out. We were looking for our 3rd home for an investment property, this was by far the worse experience we have come across with a real estate agent. Beware.
