probably one of the worst experiences i’ve had as far as nails go. i asked for a relatively simple (single color) gel polish manicure. i made an appointment & the technician still rushed. my polish started peeling off in 2 days….2 DAYS! by day 7 every nail but my left ring finger nail was devoid of polish. it was my 1st time there (march 2026) and as evidence of this review, it was my last. i do not recommend.

I've only been here a few times. As a walk in client I expect to wait my turn since I don't have the schedule to "schedule". Each time I was welcomed, given a seat or massage chair to use while waiting, treated as a valued client and serviced professionally. No complaints here!

I waited over an hour in cold water for a nail tech to do my pedicure. Then she rushed through it and did not do a good job. I had to skip the massage due to time. I spent over an hour and a half for a basic pedicure. I think owner is more about making money than providing a good service.

I had such a great experience! Kim did my eyebrows and absolutely killed it—they came out amazing. Flower did my pedicure and she took her time and was so gentle, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent and I’ll definitely be coming back!
