These people are horrible. I ask for the towing and they came like an hour with only 2 min drive distance. And I told them on the phone it was a Volvo and they came said they cannot towed because the people did not listen carefully and they thought it was Volkswagen. What a group of dumbs
My father’s car was towed, and money that had inadvertently been left in his car was stolen after it was towed by this company. Never get service from here!! Read the other reviews, multiple people say the same thing happened to them.
These people are awful! I live two minutes away at 575 Easton Ave, and they do service our building. I called them at 11:34 p.m., and the person on the phone told me to wait 30 minutes and that they would be there. I waited until 1:00 a.m. No one ever came, and Heather never picked up the phone. Why not just be honest and simply say, “Sorry, we can’t help. Do t waste your time.
Holding my car hostage, the Franklin Police Department are insane for letting these guys handle anyone’s car. Tow yard was full of dead possums, and the rats tore up and pissed on the seats.
