I was informed I was dismissed from the practice because I had asked to see another dr in the practice years prior. Supposedly this meant I fired him which I was unaware what this meant. I think this is ridiculous. Unfortunately he practices at my hospital of choice!
Have had any problem I was experiencing explained so I can understand what is happening to me. Always kind and puts me at ease before my colonoscopy. Nurses and staff always kind and very helpful. Will continue to refer friends and family to him.

Dr Montemuro was over 40 mins late to my appointment. During the appointment he was rude and dismissive of my problems. Do not feel like he adequately took time to listen to me and diagnose my issues.

My insurance changed so I tried to schedule a colonoscopy for both my wife and myself with this office as they were in network. When I called I was told to transfer our records to their office and they would call us. After two months I called and the lady that answered apologized that it fell through the cracks. I can now eat food that seems to go directly to my stomach before it would get to the flap and not go into my stomach right away
I have attempted to get results from labs and also had a hard time getting them ordered. The nursing staff is very unprofessional and they do not call you back when they say they will. Ignore calls that have come in regarding patient that is very sick and they just do not care about their patients. The office is not that busy as covid-19 still has its restrictions ongoing and the website states open until 4:30pm. Kind, friendly, welcoming staff, clean environment, Busy the day I was there but relatively quickly seen and checked, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The visit went smoothly beginning with the check in. Connie was so nice and even though she had several waiting to be checked in, she was patient and professional. Dr. Montemuro listened to my many concerns and i didn’t feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this practice.
