This is in regard to the laboratory. The sign on the door says 8AM. It is Good Friday. There is no sign that you will be closed. I waited half an hour for you to open, only to assume you were not going to open. It would have been a simple matter to put a sign on the door saying you were going to be closed on Good Friday. Your recording says you are open at 7AM. but the door says they will open at 8AM. It would have been nice to have a correct recording when we called to find out when you were open. I visited Dr. Shelby Kenner and used the lab for blood work. Visiting Dr. Kenner was a pleasure, I didn't wait long and the assistants as well as Dr. Kenner were helpful and professional! The lab tech was friendly and efficient so I was quickly on my way after my appointment!
