I have been going to Dr. Martin for a few years now and I absolutely love the staff there. When going for my 6 month cleaning they get me in and out and feeling great.
If you find yourself experiencing extenuating circumstances, don't expect any compassion from Dr. Martin's staff. They are inflexible, cluelessly rude, and indifferent. You are just another patient to them, and they apparently have a whole bunch of them. So, if they lose one, who cares? Looking at their empty waiting room today indicated, however, it just wasn't so.
I was very happy with Dr. Martin as a dentist but after my husband's last visit when we got our EOB we saw he is no longer in network for our insurance.When I questioned his staff they said oh he just dropped that insurance as of September 1st., my husband was there in September. When I asked why my husband wasn't told they said you should check with your insurance company before every visit, who does that? Now we are looking for a new dentist.
My whole family love Dr. Martin.
Painless extracts. Wonderful assistant. Cleaning looks the best and the shots to numb me didn't leave my mouth sore. Bleeding was very little and Dr. Martin and staff are wonderful professions. I would recommend his services highly.
