Dr Anthony was great. The office staff not so much. Icalled to discuss treatment costs and was told I had no choice but to follow the treatment they outlined. Really? Since when does the office staff decide this? T

Dr. Mark has a very gentle touch and is very friendly. He made me feel comfortable and explained procedures in a way I could understand. He filled my cavities and explained that I have a gum disease that can't be cured but could be controlled with proper treatment and good hygiene. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Mark to anyone looking for a good dentist. The Hygienists were very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.
Great staff. Very personal care. Billing is never an issue, they show great flexibility in working with you. Always work on a plan that is best for me and not for him.
Dr Anthony explained everything and performed the treatment in a professional and successful manner. His front office was exceptional before a large turnover of his front office employees. His office manager was awesome, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone I talked to loved her. Now his front office is horrible. They are not knowledgeable and consistently bog up costs for procedures and payments. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to go to him, unless his front office replaced with competent employees .
I commend Dr. Anthony on the quality of dental work he has done for me. However his front office staff stinks. They are not helpful at giving accurate prices to expect for proceduresand are quite rude. Previous front office staff there was very competent and helpful, pleasent and accommodating with payment arrangements. It is a true shame that such a good dentist ended up with such a poor quality of front office staff. I have since left this dentist.
Dr Anthony has been my dentist off and on as insurance permits. He explains the treatments and shows detail of what needs to be done. The staff is friendly and my children arn't overly stressed for checkups.
While service was "acceptable", the cost of services were very high and the front office "customer service" personnel are very reluctant to explain "costs", either prior to, or after the procedure. On more that one instance, the out of pocket costs were much more than what was preliminarily projected. Answers to questions such as insurance coverage were vague and allusive. We have since found a more reputable dental partner.
