Dr. Madrid performed a colonoscopy on me (not the first time either). He is always very personable and professional. He speaks with his patients before the procedure and afterwards. He listens and is very caring. If you are looking for a great gastroenterologist, I highly recommend Dr. Madrid!
The entire process from check in, nurse Olivia, to Dr. Madrid was fantastic. They really make sure you are comfortable.
