During my third or fourth visit, Dr. Ricciardi attempted to put me on the same treatment plan without reviewing my records to confirm that I had returned for the same ongoing issue. My wife had surgery with Dr. Ricciardi last year, and the experience was great. He treated her well, communicated clearly, and everything went smoothly. That’s the only reason we trusted his office for her second foot surgery. This office is terrific, on time and professional. I really like Dr Ricciardi. He’s friendly and knowledgeable and tells it like it is.
Doctor is amazing but the front office does not follow up with things. Did not send my paperwork to the primary care doctor so I had to spend two different trips.
