Had ACDF surgery in 2020. He was caring and responsive. Doing great now.

Not necessarily the doctor - but his office staff - 3 phone calls/messages left & never received a phone call back
Can't ever get them to answer the phone. Called for my partner several times about an urgent authorization matter, still no response.
