Been going there for years. Nowl ooking for new dentist. Waits are long, scheduleing lady is snarky and billing is not itamized. Now they want me to go online and fill out 12 pages of crap when they already have all my info. Nope!!

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT SINCE 2007 WITH DR. LOMBARDI, I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH SOME STAFF MEMBERS BEING RUDE NOT ALL STAFF. HOWEVER I JUST HAD 2 CROWNS PLACED WHICH WAS A VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE. DR. LOMBARDI SAID IT WILL BE PAINLESS, HOWEVER I WAS IN EXTREME PAIN AS HE WAS DRILLING IN MY MOUTH HE HAD TO GIVE ME SEVERAL INJECTIONS MORE THAN 4 AND I STILL FELT PAIN. I WAS LITERALLY CRYING IN MY SEAT WHILE HE WAS WORKING ON ANOTHER PATIENT WHILE HE WAS PERFORMING OR DOING WORK IN MY MOUTH AND THE YOUNG STAFF MEMBER SUGGEST... read more
