Found this store while walking in the neighborhood and I am glad I did. I bought a diamond ring on Black Friday and enjoyed the overall experience. Good customer service and overall friendly experience.

Closed Saturday. Closed Sunday. Closed Monday. And closes at 5p. Really?? How does someone with a regular job even come here? But.. Came here for a minor watch repair. Another local jeweler said he wouldn’t do anything for less than 100 dollars. But here the repair was much more accurate. Have also had many watch batteries replaced here.

The jeweler was extremely rude and pushy. Before I even agreed to leave my ring with him, he had already pulled out the receipt slip and was already filing it out. When I said I needed time to think about his suggestions, he literally THREW my ring on the counter and walked away. My ring is over 130 years old!! The service was atrocious, and the establishment was incredibly outdated and dirty. I won't be returning, and I'll be sure to recommend other local jewelers to people I know instead!
