I saw Dr Valenti a few years ago to remove hardware from my foot, from a previous surgery. He wasn’t able to remove all the hardware, specifically the one screw that was causing pain, so that was a waste of money! On top of that, when he removed my stitches, he was really rough and rushed. He used a shaving tool to remove the dead skin & caused bleeding. He didn’t care that he was hurting me. It was a horrible experience! Dr. Valenti has always been patient and took all the time I needed. I’ve been to other podiatrists and none compared to Dr. Valenti!

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Valenti's care and bedside manner. As a woman, I've experienced a fair amount of medical gaslighting in relation to my different variations of pain. It's extremely frustrating and makes many of us not seek out care when this happens. Dr. Valenti immediately made me feel respected and safe. He was kind, comforting, and thorough. I didn't feel like a number on a list, for which I am very grateful. I know how hard the American medical system is on healthcare workers, especially right now.

I went to see Dr Valenti for a very slight ingrown toenail, and to trim my nails. What a nightmare! He butchered my nails! He cut all of my nails down to the point where the nails meet the skin, uneven, a few with sharp points, and the big toe a quarter inch down the side. I had A LOT of pain the entire time, which he dismissed, instead asking me if I have neuropathy, and a low pain tolerance. I told him, on the contrary I have a high pain tolerance, and no neuropathy.
