I will be finding another eye care provider. Dr. Hartness was quite rude and condescending & our family will not return to his practice. Without getting into all the details, he seemed put out when I didn't want to spend my money the way he thought I should on glasses & contacts. Kept saying condescendingly that "I don't think your grasping what I'm telling you". I got it, I just diasagreed.
Dr. Hartness is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is quick and efficient. Staff is very friendly and courteous.
