Dr Julius and his team are very understanding and compassionate. Everyone takes their time with me to make sure that I understand all my treatment options. I travel quite a distance, they are worth the drive. Office is always very clean. Thank you all.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I showed up at the appt THIRTY minutes early as told to. They'd failed to send me whatever documentation I needed to fill out early, (which would have saved me having to do so at the office) which was confirmed by reception that this happens often--they said the system is lousy. After registering, and filling out all the paperwork, we then sat. And sat. And sat. They eventually called me back, where we then sat. And sat. And sat.
