It is hard to give a review to something you slept through. The initial visits to discuss the procedure and then having the procedure was all very smooth and the personal follow-up afterwards was first class. I give Dr. Tharalson high marks for his personal attention.
Dr Tharalson was sharp, and witty. He made an unpleasant situation much more bearable.

Dr Tharlson is one of the kindest, thorough physicians I have seen. He eases the fear that can be present with gastrointestinal issues that can be very scary and frustrating. I highly recommend Dr Tharlson!
My experience with NP Melissa Noyes was unprofessional and unacceptable. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, made me feel stupid for asking reasonable questions, and even laughed at me for wanting to get my medication from an alternative location. This kind of belittling behavior has no place in healthcare. Patients deserve respect and compassion, not mockery. I would strongly recommend avoiding her at all costs if you value being treated with dignity.
This was my third visit. The staff is always very welcoming, caring and personable. I feel very comfortable with everyone. Pleasant people. From several reminders prior to the procedure, through their lovely care up to post procedure concerns I give Dr. Tharalson’ crew 5 stars. I am grateful that I can be taken care of by Dr. Tharalson. Dr Gibbons has restored my life and eliminated my pain! Thank you!! The entire team is so helpful and talented and I’m so grateful. Such a high level of communication so I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. I really appreciate the pre-surgery program to get my body in shape so my recovery would be the best it can be. I’m 6 weeks out from surgery and feel great!!
Dr McWilliams was wonderful! He sat and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and we came up with an action plan after he presented several recommendations. I will definitely keep seeing him and would recommend him to anyone.
