Truly went above and beyond for me. I came to him hoping he could remove my 15cm cyst and any potential endometriosis. He did additional testing to ensure it would be safe for him to remove and found there was a bit higher potential for malignancy so he explained this all to me and is having me referred to a gynecological oncologist who he also works with and he said he (O'Connell) would be able to remove any endometrial lesions if they happen to find any while I'm under. THE best Doc around Dallas area!!! Never rushes anything, listens to the patients completely, explains every question precisely without throwing out your concerns no matter how ridiculous it may sound and provides the best solution that is available at hand. Would recommend 100%. The staff are also incredibly helpful in providing information and follow ups. All in all, doc has the best team.

Dr. O’Connell has given me my life back. I’ve never met a medical professional so compassionate and caring. Everyone in the office is fantastic too. I highly recommend.

Dr O’Connell was a compassionate listener, who instilled confidence in my wife. He definitely lived up to his reputation on helping my wife with her severe endometriosis. The incisions site looked very good post-op, with no complications, and little blood loss. The staff at Med City also raved about the great work Dr O’Connell does. We drove 9hrs to have surgery and he was definitely worth it!
