I went to Dr. Leone for a specific problem in my low back. I have chronic low back pain and I needed a MRI. He told me that I needed to see a specialist and that was not his field. The problem here is that instead of telling that he doesn't provide this service on the phone, he is charging me now $222 for telling me that he cannot help me. No medical examination, nothing. As the office said " he had to open my file," which was by the way, the 20 pages you, as a patient, have to fill up while waiting in the waiting room.
I felt very satisfied. He listened to me and was very attentive to me. And. Angie is the best! From the first time over the phone to meeting Dr. Leone. This was a very pleasant experience.
They have a hard time calling back for some reason.
