I've been recieving care at this facility for a couple of years. The front office staff is very welcoming, the doctors are knowledgeable, and the office is very clean. I highly recommend Mont Belvieu Family Wellness for all our your health needs. I also love that you can learn so much about nutrition while you are there. They also support local businesses and that's another reason to love them.
I give two stars for cleanliness . I had an appointment with Dr. Garbs, explained my concerns and pains. I just mentioned I had some knee problems but my main concern was my neck, shoulder and elbow. He scheduled me for a follow up appointment , I saw Leann who focused on my knees. Told me about injections Medicare would cover . I said well let’s do that but I need my adjustments too. Love this office! They are all great and offer so many wonderful things! The office is super inviting and friendly. The drs care for you and spend time getting to know you and adjusting you. I started going when I was pregnant and I really never had any back pain! They did such a good job. I also love that they support local small businesses. They often have elderberry syrup or teas on hand from a local lady, and I’ve been able to pick up meat and other products from local farms that use their office as a drop off site! I lo... read more

Dr Garbs is willing to listen and provide state of the art technology to you for your spine, it gave me hope! I am lookin forward to the amnio procedure in future. Vanessa is a sweetheart and provides amazing service as well bec she always calls me back quickly. Allie makes the xrays and stretches so comfortable and she is also so incredibly sweet. Thanks Team!
