Saw them in my neighborhood and asked how much they charge to winterize. Was told “It doesn’t matter.” Then followed up with “$65 but were not taking new customers” and he immediately walked away while I’m in mid sentence. 5 stars for a great price. Took three off because I have a low standard for customer service and they were rude even for my low bar. Guess they’re doing good enough business to not need an easy $65. Good for them.
Blew out my system improperly resulting in a cracked main line before the solenoids. $250 plus a ridiculous water bill later, I won't be using them again
Nice people. Fair prices
They put in my system a few years back. When I made a call to schedule service, I was informed that I wasn’t a current customer since they’ve not may any repairs in the last couple of years?!* In other words if you maintain your system properly, you no longer are a current customer. Go figure. ……..
