I’m not sure this review will matter since they’re “no longer taking on new customers,” but I wanted to share my experience anyway. I’ve been a customer of this company since I bought my house in 2018. I called recently to schedule a sprinkler winterization. I explained that I hadn’t run my sprinklers for a couple of years and hadn’t used their winterization service during that time, but that we needed it done this year. long time customer the company refused to do my winterization properly and then messed up one of my heads when I asked them to return or follow up service they told me they're no longer working with existing customers and narrowing their scope...

Saw them in my neighborhood and asked how much they charge to winterize. Was told “It doesn’t matter.” Then followed up with “$65 but were not taking new customers” and he immediately walked away while I’m in mid sentence. 5 stars for a great price. Took three off because I have a low standard for customer service and they were rude even for my low bar. Guess they’re doing good enough business to not need an easy $65. Good for them.
