I made an appointment to get a mini split cleaned. The service person was very respectful. He called a couple of hours ahead of time to let me know he was running about 20 minutes late. He did show exactly when he said he would. He also had no coil cleaner to do the coils. I don't understand why they would not have all the needed supplies in the truck. My only complaint was that when I made my appointment I asked about the cost and was told $129 over the phone, I then asked again just for clarification. I got the bill today ... read more
Our system was not cooling. It started during the night. I called and asked for someone to come and check it. Josiah called shortly and he had it fixed by 9:00 am. To me that is good, local service!!
