I had an appointment in the afternoon that I showed up on time for. I sat in his empty waiting room for an hour and must've rung the bell 10 times. Finally, a slow-moving older man in his 60s-70s came out and I had to repeat my name 3 times to him because he couldn't hear me even though he was standing right in front of me.
