Go to DeLuca A friend used DeLuca and Associates. I had already paid a retainer with another firm and I am so glad that I switched to DeLuca and Associates. wanted to file a Chapter 7 and they ( the other firm) were having me file a 13 with a possibility of filing a 7 later. Don't know how that would have worked, did not feel comfortable with that. At DeLuca I felt that everyone was very professional during this stressful process. Excellent Service Excellent service! Very warm, hard working, made this difficult situation a bit easier for this client. I strongly felt they were seriously concerned with my dilemma. Definitely recommend! Have already dropped DeLuca’a name with some friends. Great, prompt service! Very warm staff. Strongly felt they were really concerned with my problems. It made a very nerve wrecking, difficult situation easier, especially on the mental and psychological aspect.

Impressed I had consults with other firms and my expectations were low, so coming here dealing with this firm was a pleasure. Chris at the reception area was very nice to my son and gave him a coloring book and crayons to keep him busy

Thanks I can't speak for everyone, but this is hard to say that you don't have control of your finances. Your firm never made me feel guilty or like a loser. They just helped me thru the process of getting my life back. Your firm is friendly and professional. You made this decision easy for me.
