Flipped Out I went in to Anthony David because of some other good reviews I got... I asked for something long in the front, shorter in the back, layered, and flippy... She gave me a hair cut like every other person in the salon! All of her co-workers had a similar cut! It's piecy and the same length all the way around, but MORE layerd in the back, totally thinned out, and smooth against my head until you get to the bottom where it flips out a tiny bit.
