Jay Coddington and the Anthony Butera Team were incredible. Jay was extremely knowledgeable about the process from start-to-finish, and he guided us through all of the nuances of our home purchase. He was always available, he was detailed and thorough - and he set very realistic expectations for us. I was selling my deceased brothers house in Rochester , I live in Chicago so this was more difficult than usual. Tom Fox was super he arranged for lawn service until the house was sold, he also got a cleaning service in, a handy man to make some necessary repairs. Anything I needed he got done. He got the house sold quickly and for more than I expected. He was quick to respond to any call or text and was a pleasure to work with .

Our agent, Peter Riccardi, did a great job helping us find and purchase our house. We looked for a long time, and Peter was very patient and never rushed us or pressured us into any decision. Peter was very responsive with showing requests and did plenty of research to answer any questions we had. He also helped us navigate the closing process which is a little different than the state we are originally from. I would recommend Peter to anyone needing an agent. He's great!
