He might be a good real estate agent but he is a terrible building management. I was renting one of his spaces and I was paying someone else's electric bill which I had told them 2 years running two years. Then he offered me $300 for 2 years of paying another tenants electric bills when I had the proof and how much I paid each month. So yeah, I don't even believe he's a good real estate agent. How do you treat your tenants like that?
