Not even a month ago, I spent $1,300.00 to have my 2009 Saturn Vue repaired. Tie rod ends replaced, alignment, tires rotated, oil changed, injectors cleaned, etc. The vehicle drove better before I even took it in to this sorry dealership. To make a long story short, I hit a bump on Highway 41 and just about lost control. Steering was very loose and I was getting horrible gas mileage. Anthony is the best – Anthony advertises VIP service and boy did they deliver. My husband and I made an appointment with Gary to look at a pre-owned Yukon. He had it Cleaned with Gas and after our test drive the paperwork was all ready and only took 25 minutes. We still can’t believe how nice the process was. This is the way to buy a car.
Stands behind their GMC Certification – In December 2009, we purchased a newer, used SUV from Saleslady Jen Brackenbury. Through no fault of Jen's, we had a problem with the vehicle, a very significant problem. Jen absolutely came through for us. Sales Manager Ryan Gonzoles and Tricia from the business office also got involved. They, too, were helpful, working out a very satisfactory resolution for us and we walked away very happy customers. Avoid this SHADY dealership – Salesman Joe Augelli (the owners brother) tried to convince me that the vehicle I was interested in was never in an accident, yet the accident was clearly detailed on the vehicles Carfax report. I really didn't care about the accident - it bothered me more that Joe was lying. Why?
