I was referred by my GP. The 1st receptionist transferred me to a second, who told me they couldn't schedule a routine eye exam and problem exam on the same day because insurance company wouldn't allow them. When I asked why, she said she would put me on hold until I stopped disrespecting her. Huh? When she came back on, she asked what ins. co.
