I walked in to Anthony Aiden Opticians last week with the frame of my expensive progressive transitional sunglasses in my hand. The screw had come out down the block and I hurried in. Not only did they fix my frame and tighten the screws on my other glasses, but they insisted that there was no charge!!! Wow! I was so happy and I would imagine that their customer service is great. I will consider them in the future when I need new frames or a prescriptions. THANK YOU GUYS!!!! Paula Ewin East Village
