I left a message and got a call back the next morning. Was able to schedule my procedure quickly - only two weeks. I was called a week prior to my procedure to pre-register. This took only a few minutes, and then had zero paperwork to go through at the hospital. Prep team, anesthesiologist and Dr. Grande treated me like a king. I was nervous going in, and they quickly helped me to relax.

I've called 4 times to schedule a follow up colonoscopy. Can only leave a message, the practice does not return calls.

Does not return telephone calls. Trying to schedule a colonoscopy, but keep leaving messages, but zero returned calls. I will seek another doctor.

I have a visit scheduled. I am just tyring to call and confirm. Everything goes to voicemail. Very discomforting.

Dr. Grande is good but his new practice is awful. They do not respond to calls, they do not follow through with their word. Absolutely Do NOT use this group. Terrible patient customer service.

I am a patient of Dr. Grande, have been for many years. He’s an excellent doctor. For the last couple of months I’ve been trying to get an appointment with no luck. It doesn’t matter what day or time you call the office, it goes directly to voicemail. They never call back! It’s impossible to speak to a human. This is terrible. Sorry to say but I will be shopping around for another gastroenterologist.
