Quit making mistakes, I was to be cut above the groin with a triangle cut, I talked to a plastic surgeon, he said if surgery cut was done right, that that would not happen cutting the main nerve in my left leg.
Dr Anthone performed my Duodenal Switch on 4/29/19. This man saved my life. Hes an incredibly skilled surgeon and a compassionate, genuine human being. I thank God every day it was his will that I would be a patient of Dr Anthone. And his wife AnnLouise is a gem! I'm only 4 months postop and my life is completely changed!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anthone. He is an excellent surgeon. He performed my DS in 2009 and operated on me again in 2012 for a Petersen's hernia. I would go back to him in a heartbeat if I were to need care in the future.
Dr Anthone is the best surgeon in Omaha hands down I believe. He has the kindest most tender bedside manner and actually takes time to sit with you and explain step by step every thing your going to experience. I trust him so fully. If you are considering weight loss surgery he is your best choice by far.

Without a doubt Dr. Gary J. Anthone saved my life! I am a duodenal switch patient of his that I had my surgery on June 25, 2007. Very personable and helps you to see the big picture for the entire process. When I attended his "New Patient Orientation" it was one thing he stated that made me completely sure that he was the doctor for me.
