The StoryPoint Novi community is beautiful and staff are knowledgeable about the community. They took the time we needed to see the community and answer our questions.
While researching potential choices for our next downsize we toured StoryPoint Novi. The facility is lovely, the rooms spacious and we were impressed how open the oversized windows made everything feel. Food choices seems adapable but perhaps not to the degree we are hoping for. The exercise options were not as good as we expected. The tour was well managed, informative and without pressure. We will be considering StoryPoint as one of our future options as we continue to make plans for aging well.
What a beautiful, vibrant community! Melissa was wonderful to work with. As a professional, I was very impressed with the staff and overall accommodations and activities available.
If you care about your loved ones or family. Do not bring them anywhere near this place. You got 9k a month probably more. You couldn't even wipe my mother's ass correctly. Then you have me trespassed from the property because I raised concerns. Sepsis. I walked in to your employee's yelling at my overdosed mother. And you did nothing.......
