Feels like it's going downhill from staffing to food to overall care. A malaise has set in at the place.
The staff was incredibly friendly and Knowledgeable about transitioning care.
I had so much anxiety about transitioning my Mother into a memory care facility, but I was tired and it was time. She loves it at The Remington! While no place is perfect,any problems I've had with her care or with an employee is immediately and respectfully handled,alleviating my anxiety and allowing me to take my first vacation in four years! Could not recommend it more!
My mom came to Remington from another facility and this one is much better. It's much more modern looking and mom seems as happy as can be under the circumstances. I have no complaints.
I came to give care to a resident. The building was beautiful, the employees were very nice.The caregiver for the resident I was seeing was very caring and had a good report with the resident. Overall it was a very nice experience.
