I had an excellent experience with the touring, leasing process and move-in. Jessica was my leasing agent and was transparent throughout the whole process, easy to work with, respectful, and really helped me feel good about moving in and meeting my needs for what I needed in a unit. Rent is quite good for the area and for what you get in the apartment / amenities. Management is very responsive as is maintenance. Absolutely loved the place got a great tour! It's close to my job and close to Voodoo Doughnuts. The game room looks amazing and fun love playing pool. Especially like the fact pet friendly! The patio is a great place to hangout after a log day. The layout of everything in the apartment is awesome! 10/10 would recommend
I would never ever ever recommend this place to someone. They make up lies!! Not transparent at all about a non refundable payment when they tried to make the process so easy until they don’t. Do not live here! If this is the process to live here at a place that tries to drain your money before you even move in I can’t even imagine what it’s like living here!
Not a great company
They have bad communication and have heard nothing but negative things about the way they deal with potential new residents. Highly suggest staying FAR away from doing any sort of business with Anthem PDX.
