The neighborhood used to be great. Most residents are still thoughtful and respectful. It is a helpful community. The grounds and fountain feature are kept pristine. The units are small but very nice and modern inside. It is a good place to live if you don't mind the continual weed store traffic and the homeless population along with tubes and little zippy bags. The store tries to keep up but there is only so much they can do. Good luck.
The manager Melinda is absolutely amazing and exstreamly helpful!!!!
