May be a good experience if you order online and don’t deal with Anthem’s (also Custom Offsets) customer service because they have none. I tried to buy $3300 worth of wheels and tires, got ghosted by Jeremy while trying to make the order. I left a Yelp review and Joey sent me a message asking for my contact information so management could discuss further, which I sent. Update they did reach out and are taking the proper steps to resolve the issue! Thank you Ordered a set of shocks they sent the wrong ones I made contact with the return people gave them all the info then there rep decided to ignore my emails I sent one 4 days in a row! Finally got ahold of the supervisor and he did make it right!
Good service and quality merchandise
I ordered a set of wheels for my 2019 Ram Rebel 4x4. Anthem Rogue 18"x 9" wheels. They told me that the rims would fit my truck with no issues. When the shipment was received, the rims did not fit. I contacted the Customer Service by telephone and they told me, returns must be done by email. The return process was a nightmare. I needed to purchase wheel spacers to install the rims. I would not recommend purchasing wheels from this company. My wife got them for my Christmas gift.
