Would give it a zero but not possible Fridge cooling unit broke that cost the residents over 100$ in food. Then a new fridge took more than three days to get installed. No access to building gym for the first year. Broken elevator for almost a full year. Stretch to label the building "luxury". Pros: Apartment is relatively comfortable. Central air in the apartment is a plus, and actual cost of gas (at least on the east end of the building) is very low in the winter. WPS (gas supplier) does get you with a daily "connection rate" that runs into 16-19 dollars a month, whether you actually consume gas or not.
